By using Chopper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Chopper helps you move money from Canada via Interac and withdraw USD to a linked US bank account. Features, limits, and availability may change as we improve the product.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
Do not use Chopper for unlawful activity, fraud, money laundering, or any purpose that violates applicable law or these terms.
Fees and timing
Fees, exchange rates, and settlement timing are shown in the app before you confirm a transfer. Third-party partners may affect processing times.
Disclaimers
Chopper is provided on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
